HammerAI Inc. ("HammerAI", "we", "us", or "our") operates HammerLedger (hammerledger.app) and the HammerR&D JIRA plugin. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our products and services.
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and company name through our authentication provider (Clerk). If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google profile information (name and email).
When you use HammerLedger, we process the files you upload for R&D tax credit analysis. These files are stored securely on our servers and are only accessible to you and authorized users you designate (such as client reviewers). We use AI services (Anthropic Claude) to analyze your files and generate R&D findings. Your file content is sent to Anthropic's API for processing but is not stored by Anthropic beyond the duration of the API call.
The HammerR&D JIRA plugin reads JIRA issue data (summary, description, issue type, labels, and components) to score tickets for R&D tax credit eligibility. This data is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for scoring. The resulting scores are stored in Atlassian Forge storage, which is hosted and managed by Atlassian within your JIRA instance. We do not store your JIRA data on our servers.
